The environment was clean and comfortable. Time scale given was met and staff was happy to help with any questions.
I would definitely recommend High Wycombe hospital to everyone. My experience was great, pleasure there was a refreshment machine there which was a very good idea. I have no issues or complaint or suggestions at they were met to a high standard.
Thanks to all the staff who work there
I went to the breast clinic after finding a small lump and was seen by dr mcclean plus a team of other people .Its not a place where any body want to go but the care ive received was excellent my treatment isn't over yet as ive got to have the lump removed. It was clean I was treated with respect and understanding and nothing was too much trouble .I include the receptionists in my praise and although im obviously not looking forward to the op I have every confidence with the team that will be looking after me .
I have been seen at the breast unit at regular intervals during the last 7 years. Although the old unit in the cabin outside the main hospital got the job done I must praise the new unit. The waiting area is large & airy and the décor colourful but soothing. The staff are friendly & the whole experience is very much improved.
Signage could be a little more explicit, such as where it has an arrow by a lift, say what floor.....!
I attended the breast clinic. I could not fault the services I received.
The hospital is immaculately clean, and the chief executive should be very proud of their staff.
My husband has attended the urology ward 12c on numerous occasions and we cannot fault the lovely dedicated and professional staff. Everybody works as a team including house staff and cleaners, the ward is immaculate.
Please would the chief executive please pass on our thanks to their dedicated staff
Congratulations Wycombe Hospital on the new breastcare unit. The staff were polite and friendly and Mr. Farid Ahmed, although extremely busy, made me feel as though I had been his only patient that day........Mrs. D Mills
During the past year I have had various tests in the Breast Unit of Wycombe Hospital followed by a Lumpectomy and Sentinel Node Biopsy.
Everyone I have encountered has been excellent - warm, friendly, efficient and very understanding. Their positive attitude turned what could have been a very traumatic experience into something which I could deal with
I cannot praise the Breast Unit enough, I was seen within 4 days and the care and attention I received was excellent, was a marvellous Unit this is.
I cannot speak highly enough of Mr Cunnick and his team. The Breast Unit is clean and welcoming with a water cooler and a coffee machine. The appointments I have had for mammograms and ultrasounds have been on time, efficient and professional. The wait at the Thursday clinic can be very long but the reception staff will regularly provide an update and once you are in with the surgeons they are happy to spend a great deal of time with you to make sure all your questions are answered. The Breast Care nurses are also excellent - cheerful and professional and they crop up everywhere just to check you're OK. They even call you at home after your op. Fantastic.
This is a shining example of what is great about the NHS. Just brilliant - thank you all so much.
